We put great effort into developing people for the aviation industry. In pilot training, we look closely at the merits of licences gained in Japan and abroad and pursue the most effective way to train. In maintenance engineer training, we value hands-on experience and support people in gaining qualifications, especially in helicopter maintenance. Through this, Takumi Enterprise aims to ease the industry's shortage of people and to provide high-quality service.

Clearing the hurdles to a licence: a true training school in Japan
弊社では操縦士不足、若い操縦士の育成など、航空業界が抱える課題を解決し、業界の発展に貢献できるよう、「Takumi Institute of Pilot（T.I.P）」として操縦訓練事業を行っています。
日本でのフライトスクールの学費が高額なため、より安価なアメリカで免許を取得し、それを日本の免許に書き換えるという方法が、これまでは一般的でした。
一方でアメリカで取得する場合、「英会話力」というハードルのため、取得までに時間を要し、結局は訓練費以外のコストが高くなってしまうという問題がありました。
これらの課題を解決するため、T.I.Pではよりリーズナブルに、言語の問題を抱えずに免許取得できるよう訓練体制を整え、人材拡大に努めます。
To help solve the industry's problems, such as the shortage of pilots and the training of young pilots, we run pilot training as the Takumi Institute of Pilot (T.I.P). Because flight school in Japan is expensive, the usual route has been to get a licence more cheaply in the USA and convert it to a Japanese one. In the USA, however, the hurdle of spoken English means it takes longer, and costs beyond the training fees end up high. To solve this, T.I.P has set up training that lets students get their licence more affordably and without the language problem, and we are working to grow the number of pilots.

航空機の整備士になるためには、大学や専門学校を卒業し、有資格者として就職先を探すことが一般的です。一方で、在学期間と同じ期間、航空会社に就職する方法でも国家資格を取得することができます。
学費が掛かる学校とは違い、給与をもらいながら国家資格を目指せるという利点もあります。
特にヘリコプター分野では経験豊富な整備士が不足しており、社会にとって重要な、消防・防災、警察、ドクターヘリといった業務に影響が出ています。

To become an aircraft maintenance engineer, people usually graduate from a university or vocational school and then look for a job as a qualified engineer. But you can also gain the national qualification by working at an aviation company for the same length of time. Unlike school, which costs tuition, you are paid while you work towards it. Experienced engineers are especially scarce in the helicopter field, and this affects work that matters to society, such as firefighting and disaster relief, police and air ambulances.
