平素より当社のヘリコプターサービスをご利用いただき、誠にありがとうございます。
当社では、安全運航体制の再確認および各種安全対策の強化を実施した上で、ヘリコプターの運航をしております。
運航にあたり、当社では安全性向上の観点から運航体制の総点検を行うとともに、機内への持込物、とりわけモバイルバッテリー等のリチウム電池に関する安全管理を重点的に強化いたしました。
近年、航空分野においてリチウム電池に起因する火災事故が国際的にも指摘されていることを踏まえ、当社では当該分野の安全対策を特に重視しております。
主な取り組みは以下のとおりです。

・機内持込物の安全管理の強化（重点項目）
モバイルバッテリー等のリチウム電池について、持込方法および管理ルールを見直し、安全管理体制を強化
・安全管理体制の再確認
安全管理規程に基づく社内安全管理体制の再確認
・運航管理体制の見直し
飛行ルートおよび運航管理体制の再確認
・訓練体制の強化
緊急時対応を含む訓練の実施
・機体管理体制の再確認
整備・点検体制および機体管理体制の再確認
当社は今後も航空法および国の安全基準を遵守し、安全を最優先とした運航体制の継続的な改善に取り組んでまいります。

Thank you for using our helicopter services. We operate our helicopters after reconfirming our safe-operation system and strengthening our safety measures. As part of this, we carried out a full review of our operating system to improve safety, and in particular strengthened the safety management of items brought on board, especially lithium batteries such as mobile batteries. Fires caused by lithium batteries have been raised internationally as a concern in aviation in recent years, so we place special weight on safety in this area. Our main measures are as follows. ■ Main safety measures • Stronger safety management of carry-on items (priority): reviewed how lithium batteries such as mobile batteries may be brought on board and the rules for handling them, and strengthened safety management • Reconfirmation of safety management: reconfirmed our in-house safety management under our Safety Management Regulations • Review of operations control: reconfirmed flight routes and our operations control system • Stronger training: carried out training, including emergency response • Reconfirmation of aircraft management: reconfirmed our maintenance, inspection and aircraft management systems. We will continue to comply with the Civil Aeronautics Act and national safety standards and keep improving our operations with safety as the top priority.
