2026年1月20日午前11時頃、熊本県阿蘇市において、弊社が運航するヘリコプターが行方不明となる事案が発生いたしました。
At around 11 am on 20 January 2026, a helicopter operated by our company went missing in Aso, Kumamoto.
本件に関しまして、ご搭乗のご家族の皆様、ならびに近隣住民の皆様、関係者の皆様に多大なるご心配とご迷惑をおかけしておりますことを、深くお詫び申し上げます。
We deeply apologise for the great worry and trouble this has caused to the families of those on board, to local residents and to everyone concerned.
現在判明しております状況および対応につきまして、以下の通りご報告申し上げます。

- 発生日時 2026年1月20日（火） 午前11時頃Date and time: Tuesday 20 January 2026, around 11 am
- 発生場所 熊本県阿蘇市 火口付近Location: near the crater, Aso, Kumamoto
- 現在の状況
パイロット1名と乗客2名の計3名が搭乗した弊社ヘリコプターが、約10分間の遊覧飛行中に通信が途絶え、その後、関係機関からの情報により、阿蘇山火口付近にて当該機体が発見されましたが、搭乗されていたお客様および乗員の安否につきましては、現時点において確認されておりません。Current situation: our helicopter, carrying three people (one pilot and two passengers), lost contact during a sightseeing flight of about 10 minutes. According to information from the relevant authorities, the aircraft was later found near the crater of Mt Aso, but the condition of the passengers and crew on board has not been confirmed at this time.
- 今後の対応について
弊社といたしましては、人命救助および搭乗者の安否確認を最優先事項とし、関係機関と緊密に連携して全力で対応にあたっております。Our response: our top priorities are saving lives and confirming the safety of those on board, and we are doing everything we can in close cooperation with the relevant authorities.
